WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE REVIVE 5.0 PROJECT?
The project aims to develop an innovative vocational training programme to equip Human Resources Managers in SMEs with the necessary emotional intelligence skills and competences to manage the transition of their workforce to Industry 5.0.
Work-based learning opportunities will be provided to help HRM better understand the challenges and opportunities presented by Industry 5.0.
WE WILL IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES WHILE CARRYING OUT OUR REVIVE 5.0 PROJECT;
1)Research on the emotional competencies that could affect the HRM practices to secure the transition of the workforce of
SMEs to the Industry 5.0 (Desk and field research).
2) Creation of an Innovative VET training curricula & material for HRMs and piloting activities
3) Creation of an e-learning platform and a digital interactive game for HR Managers
4) Piloting activities to test the project results
5) Dissemination activities
RESULTS OF OUR REVIVE 5.0 PROJECT;
1) A competence model on the emotional competences the HR Managers should have to secure the transition to Industry 5.0
2) A VET curriculum in Emotional Intelligence Skills for HR Managers
