Catapult Your Career (CYC) Project Partnership Structure

PROJECT DESCRIPTION :

The project Catapult Your Career (CYC) - career guidance and key competences for youth (2023-1-LV02-KA220-YOU-000151349) supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to increase their employment capacity, motivation, resilience and job application skills. CYC helps the target group to develop key career competences such as learning to learn, goal setting, time management and productivity. CYC aims to strengthen the digital capacity of European career guidance by using innovative digital methods for the Career Profiling and Planning Tool and core competence training to achieve 40% higher learning effectiveness.

PROJECT PARTNERSHIP STRUCTURE : 

RADOSAS IDEJAS => Latvia

Creative Ideas (RADOSAS IDEJAS), which also coordinates the project, is a Latvian NGO. It organises trainings on community integration, participation, civil society and supporting youth employability. They provide training and mentoring for young people, organise art exhibitions, competitions and creative workshops. They aim to help people discover themselves and reach their full potential.

Anglo Centre Services 10 SL =>Spain

AC Services is an organisation based in Spain, specialising in training programmes and providing management consulting services to organisations, start-ups, SMEs, administrations, companies and NGOs.

FONDATSIYA EDU COMPASS => Bulgaria

Edu Compass Foundation has many years of experience in employability and career orientation trainings for young people, as well as in developing training materials and curricula.  To date, more than 2000 students and young people have benefited from Edu Compass' trainings.

HUMAN INNOVATION HUB LIMITED =>Ireland

HIH was founded in Dublin, Ireland in 2022 by immigrants with previous successful experience in innovative learning development and career guidance in the UK. It is a subsidiary of MCR London and works with young and adult learners and NGOs. HIH has expertise in career development, innovative learning experience design and gamification.
