Revive 5.0 E-Learning platform is now online!
We are excited to announce the launch of Revive 5.0 E-Learning Platform, designed to help HR Managers specialise in Emotional Intelligence for SMEs' transition to Industry 5.0
The platform hosts the Emotional Intelligence Course for HR Managers, designed specifically for HR professionals in SMEs and aimed at building a people-centred workforce that is resilient in the evolving environment of Industry 5.0. The course offers a unique blend of practical exercises, a digital game that brings emotional intelligence concepts to life, practical activities that can be done individually or in groups and much more, making learning both engaging and effective.
Participants will be immersed in key EI skills including emotional awareness, empathy, self-regulation, leadership, ethical thinking and others critical to fostering a productive and harmonious work environment. Through real-life scenarios and hands-on activities, participants will acquire the tools necessary to implement EI-driven strategies that prioritise employee well-being, effective communication and innovation. The course offers self-paced and flexible learning, allowing users to explore how emotional intelligence can transform their role in leading and inspiring teams in a technology-integrated world.

New video series introducing the Course for HR Managers
As part of our efforts to promote our Course for HR Managers, we have launched a dedicated Youtube Channel designed to give prospective participants an overview of the course content. Through these videos users can discover what to expect from each unit of the training. 
A total of 12 mini videos have been developed, each introducing the key topics for each unit.

Also available on the e-Learning platform is the Revive 5.0 Interactive Game.
The game consists of an immersive, scenario-based experience designed to help HR professionals strengthen their EI skills through real-world challenges. This engaging tool allows learners to apply EI concepts in practice and test their skills in realistic workplace simulations. 
The game can be played in different modalities: Player versus player; player versus AI and Lobby mode.
The game offers players a variety of story-driven scenarios inspired by everyday workplace dynamics. Whether it is managing conflict, leading a team through a change process or promoting employee well-being, the game challenges participants to
- recognise and regulate emotions in high-pressure situations
- demonstrate skills such as empathy towards team members, active listening, critical thinking and others;
- make emotionally intelligent decisions that are aligned with organisational goals
- adapt communication styles for different personalities and roles
Each scenario offers multiple decision paths and feedback loops, helping users reflect on the impact of their choices and develop their strategies in a safe, supportive environment.

The Revive 5.0 Course and Interactive game will soon enter the pilot phase, giving HR professionals the opportunity to test the platform first-hand. 
These pilot activities, which will take place over the coming weeks, will allow participants to explore the e-learning content, interact with the interactive game and provide valuable feedback to help us improve and enhance the learning experience.
