Revolutionising SMEs with Emotional Intelligence in the Fifth Industrial Age

Revive 5.0 is an Erasmus+ Cooperation partnership in the field of VET focusing on Emotional Intelligence (EI) as a key asset for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to secure their transition to Industry 5.0. 

The project aims to promote SMEs' transition to Industry 5.0 by developing the emotional intelligence (EI) competences of Human Resource Managers (HRM), sharing best practices and advocating for policies and training curricula that support the development of EI skills, thus preparing the workforce to effectively navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by Industry 5.0.

Outcomes:

• An Emotional Intelligence Competencies Model for Human Resource Managers that includes an in-depth research on emotional competencies that can influence Human Resource Management practices to secure the transition of SMEs' workforce to Industry 5.0
• An innovative vocational training curriculum and material for Human Resources Management and its pilot applications
• An e-learning portal
• A digital interactive game
