Welcome to the new issue of the REVIVE 5.0 newsletter!
We are excited to announce that theREVIVE 5.0 project has entered its second year - a pivotal moment when all the exciting developments will unfold! This year promises to be full of activities that will bring our innovative project to life. From piloting state-of-the-art curricula and training materials to the development of an e-learning platform and an interactive game, finalising key project results, multiplier events and much more.
Furthermore, our project partners will come together for key meetings to ensure the smooth progress of these initiatives. As the activities continue, we look forward to the engagement and support of key stakeholders and the public at large!
Upcoming pilot activity of the Revive 5.0 Curriculum for HR Managers of SMEs
We are excited to announce the launch of pilot activities in all partner countries aimed at testing the REVIVE 5.0 VET Curriculum for HR Managers of SMEs. This initiative is designed to equip HR professionals and managers in small and medium-sized enterprises with the skills and competences necessary to succeed in the rapidly evolving environment of Industry 5.0.
Pilot activities will take place throughout November. These activities will explore material from the comprehensive REVIVE 5.0 curriculum, tailored specifically to develop HR competencies for Industry 5.0. This curriculum explores key areas such as emotional intelligence, leadership and motivation, critical thinking and decision making, cultural intelligence and diversity, conflict management and problem solving, self-awareness and self-reflection, emotional regulation and resilience, teamwork and collaboration in HR, empathy and relationship building, communication skills, flexibility and adaptability.
Revive 5.0 This pilot activity is a unique opportunity for SMEs to test and provide feedback on these innovative training materials that will prepare their HR teams for future challenges. Through participation in this activity, learners will develop leadership and emotional intelligence skills of HR teams.
Participants in the pilot will apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios by engaging in a variety of interactive methods such as case studies, role-play and group discussions. These hands-on approaches will allow participants to practice managing emotional dynamics, leading teams and effectively integrating people-centred technologies.
Activities will take place online or face-to-face at the discretion of each partner organisation. We invite everyone interested to join this transformative experience and contribute to the development and success of the Revive 5.0 project.
