-How did I get here?

I am a teacher for more than 29 years and have experience in the management of Youth/MEÖ/ADU/SCH Education and Health. For more than 18 years I have been a project coordinator and consultant. I have worked in a VET centre, a chamber, hospitals, foundations in the field of educational supervision and management. I participated in 70 Erasmus+ KA3, KA2, KA1 projects as a partner and coordinated some of these projects.

-Tell us how your career started. Give information about your formal and non-formal education.

I graduated from the Department of Electronics-Computer Teaching. I have a master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision. In addition to my formal education, I supported my development by taking many courses and trainings. At the same time, I gained experience by volunteering in NGOs, Foundations, Associations. I shared my knowledge with my students and colleagues by opening numerous courses and trainings. I attended numerous seminars, symposiums, fairs, conference meetings. I participated in overseas education programmes.

3 advice I would give to my 20-year-old self

Your educational journey will not be limited to university. Remember the value of attending courses, seminars and various training programmes to continuously improve yourself and learn new information.
