Pilot test of Revive 5.0 curriculum for HR Managers in Europe
The REVIVE 5.0 Curriculum on HR Competencies for Industry 5.0 has been a remarkable success across Europe, with positive feedback from pilot tests in France, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and the Netherlands. A wide range of professionals, including HR experts, trainers and SME managers, participated in these sessions, all of whom contributed valuable feedback to the evaluation of the curriculum.
Participants from all countries consistently praised the quality and relevance of the curriculum. The curriculum stood out for its visual design, clarity and professionalism. Participants in Greece, Cyprus and Türkiye particularly highlighted its relevance to individuals from different backgrounds. In addition, the potential for future use was particularly high in Cyprus and Italy.
Participants also provided constructive feedback, appreciating the practical tools and real-world applicability of the curriculum. Recommendations were made to make improvements before the curriculum is finalized, published and translated into all partner languages.
Overall, the pilot testing phase has demonstrated the significant impact of the REVIVE 5.0 Curriculum and its potential for broad adoption in HR and vocational training contexts. As the project continues to develop, further improvements will ensure that it remains an effective resource for developing Industry 5.0 competencies.
Next steps in the project
While finalizing the curriculum, we are also focusing on developing materials for the e-learning platform and creating an interactive game. The interactive game, currently being developed by the project partners, will include a series of scenarios designed to test participants’ knowledge and better prepare them to work in Industry 5.0 environments. Each scenario will focus on a specific skill and will be linked to a different corporate function to ensure that participants receive comprehensive preparation covering all aspects of an organization’s operations.
